Pink Line Real Estate Consultancy is an independent advisory firm for acquiring, developing and selling of Real Estate.

Marcia Schless, having more than 25 years of experience in real estate, has founded Pink Line Real Estate Consultancy in 2017. Pink Line Real Estate shares her knowledge, expertise and network with real estate owners and investors in order to create an off market platform with the mission to bring more transparency and return on investment in real estate transactions.

The company combines its core competence and extensive network on both the national- and international real estate market. It has a long year experience and track record of consultancy in the field of investments and business development. In addition, it has a network of external advisors that supports the organisation offering our clients direct access to tax, legal and specific market segment information. We strongly believe in creating long-term relationships.

Pink Line Real Estate Consultancy is specialized in the Health Care, Logistics, Student Housing, Data Centre and Office markets. Within these sectors we can rely on an extensive network, a trustworthy track record and we have established partnerships with distinguished key players in the field of developers as well as investors.
